Finished painting the kitchen

Christy and I spent most of the day Friday and some on Saturday taking down wallpaper and re-painting our kitchen. We've been told that most of the people looking at our house didn't like the wallpaper, so we decided to do something about it. The wallpaper was existing when we moved into the house, but was fairly easy to take down. Here are the final pics.

Well, with our Ministry Assistant out this week, Micah has found a new place to do business. We are still in process for getting his and Sully's offices ready, so in the meantime, Micah has made the most of the new opportunity. Better enjoy it while you can...

Came across a cool service that allows you to live stream yourself online for FREE. It's called Ustream. We are planning on live streaming our student ministry's Camp Whatever activities this year with a live (always on) camera. You can watch it here. The dates will be June 23rd-27th.

Twitter Screen of Death

For those in the twitter world, here is what is becoming the famous twitter screen of death, which I've dubbed... TSD. If you are not a member yet, join! They will eventually get their act together and we will all be living in a happy world knowing what each other are doing from moment to moment.

setting an example

My kids have been watching Christy and I workout for the past year or so and it is beginning to rub off. The kids both love to "workout" in the morning when I get home from the YMCA. It's fun to watch them do their version of a push-up! Here is a video of one of our inspirational talks. Next we are going to learn how to spell "Bench Press".
